CALIFORNIA, WE LOVE YOU!!!!
Sebastian School welcomes back our six students who went to Beaumont, CA as part of the student exchange program, SAP, this past January and February. The students were able to stay for six weeks with different host families which allowed them to have an interesting interchange of cultural experiences.
While in the USA they were able to travel and visit several different places of interest. Some of those places were Las Vegas, Santa Monica, San Diego, Joshua Tree National Park and Newport Beach. And a place everyone really enjoyed, Disneyland California.
A very exciting and emotional part of the trip was that some of the students were invited by the Hermosilla family, former parents and student of Sebastian School, to visit them in Carlsbad, CA for a weekend. It was a nice reunion for them with Elisa, their former classmate.
All of the students had a great time and are very happy and grateful for the experience that was made possible by our exchange program.
We would like to extend our gratitude to Josh and Alicia Galbraith and all of the host families that participated and received our students this year.
